Now that the holidays are here I am going to issue a challenge to all to...git-r done!!. From 11/4 (tomorrow) till 1/31/11 I want you to follow your weight watcher training (if on weight watchers) and to exercise...LIKE A MARINE!!!. If any of you saw the "biggest loser" on 11/2 you know what I mean.
