I feel guilty every time i indulge even though i'm past my orginal goal weight. now that i'm smaller, i'm scared to get bigger and i feel like indulging will cause a new circle of intense overeating and i will ge back to where i started. so usually, i don't indulge. but when i do, I make it count and totally binge.

I think the key is to understand that your body can take it, and indulgences should be budgeted in. It's when it just "happens" that it feels dirty. In actuality, you need to cut loose every now and then. I'm trying to get better about planning these indulgences so that they feel like they were my idea, and not the old me slipping in.
Doesn't mean I still don't feel a little guilty afterwords. I try to delay any immediate weigh-ins on the following day.
I try to keep myself from beating myself up over indulgences. I usually justify them as I eat but then beat myself up afterwards. While I'm beating myself up I try not to and get myself in a healthy mindset. Tomorrow is always another day!

I mean, yeah, I'm at my goal weight and I have been for awhile. And yes I work out 2 hours a day and eat right 95% of the time. But, like for instance, I went out to eat last night and just ended up eating ALOT and just felt horrible! And I only do that every couple of weeks! But still felt horrible and felt like I had to start over again in a way. I'm like beating myself up for eating one not-so-healthy meal I guess.
Anyway, anyone feel bad when they indulge once in awhile? What is everyone's opinion on the occassional indulge?
