I'm still here.
Accomplishments & 2 yr progress:
1) 30 lbs since starting sparkpeople.
2) Joined many wonderful teams
3) Gained new online friends who are very supportive
Wished that I was further along with my weight loss journey and not yo-yoing back and forth with my weight loss.
1) Create a 3 month plan to lose 10 lbs, once achieved I will focus on the next 10 lbs until my weight loss goal is achieve and I can succesfully maintain it for at least 6 months or more.
2) Exercise every day begining with 20 minutes in the morning and then add the remainder throughout the day.
3) Even if I slip up for one day, I will realize that I can get back on track.
Learning to FOCUS on the positive and not dwell on the negative.
