Hello everyone, I have to say I'm not sure if I should even be posting. I've fallen off the wagon so hard that I really am not sure how to get back on. Living in my Mother-In-Law's house is really not conducive to exercise or eating healthy (even though she is a nurse.) I'm mostly just in survival mode at this point and trying to include a few healthy things in my diet when possible. She does the grocery shopping and pays for it, so I'm feeling out of control when it comes to taking care of myself. I think right now, I'll just be tracking exercise if I can get myself motivated. I'm hoping to get a pet sitting job at the end of the month, which should help with exercise and having an income along with my husbands so we can move into our own place.
Anyway, I just wanted to post something so that I can be accountable in some way.
Hope you all are well and glad to see so many members. It seems like there are a few more than I remember when I signed up over a year ago.

I'm going to get back on track and try to stay off the roller coaster I've been on for the past couple of months. I was doing so well, only three pounds from goal...then I feel off my new healthy lifestyle, but I'm more determined than ever to do it again & maintain this time! Happy New Year & best wishes. Lorie
I am pretty much the same! lol TO get healthy and lose weight but adding the goal of MARATHON TRAINING in there! A great dear friend of mine that is a Marine wants to run the Marine Corps Marathon in 2011 when he gets back to the states! (stationed in Japan until then) and so I said sure because that is one life goal I have is to run a marathon! I have lots of time to train but I need to still get in the mind set to get going and not wait until the last minute! YEA!!! Happy 2010 to everyone!!!
