i thought about getting a bender ball but i just have a regular exercise ball but i don't use it but i guess i should

I haven't tried it, but have seen it advertised. How heavy is the ball? I went to walmart and bought a small pilates ball(about $5.00) and use that for sit ups. I think it may have come with a work out dvd. Not sure if this helps or not..... If you do try it let us know what you think.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried this or thought about trying it? I am thinking about getting it and trying it but am not real sure yet. If you have any information to share on it, PLEASE do! LOL and thanks!
