I noticed yesterday while I was on my treadmill that I wasn't gasping for air as much. My weight isn't coming off as fast as I want it, but at least I'm getting healthier :)
Very good on the bike. Looks like you were cruising pretty good!!!

I just have to share my excitement! I have been riding my bike on the rainer in the basememnt, well, today I kicked butt! In my opinion anyway!

TIME: 25:26 minutes
Distance: 12.02 miles
Average speed: 28.3
Max speed: 39.0

I am so excited! I am not losing the weight but I am noticing changes! YEA!!!
