My goal is to do it right after my kids go to school. I have the house mainly to myself as they are gone, Tim's at work and his mom is sleeping... The walks I am going to do twice a day, once in the morning and once after the kiddos get home from school (weather permitting if not just mornings)

When I feel like it too, which is very often right now as I've been very busy working.

I do it when I feel like it also, but I am trying to make myelf do it at the same basic time everyday. I have started doing that because otherwise I find myself not doing it!

schedule in your workouts, do them when you want or when you feel like it? What determins when you will workout?
