iam supposed to keep track of excersise and calories burned. But the only excersises I can find are the ones that use machines and such..

Ok, I think just actual water counts. Now if your tea is just basic colored water than ok, but I think it should just be plain ol water! I will do some research and let you know.
Now for the exercise part - what exactly are you wanting to know? my mind is drawing a blank! LOL!!

I know I was not much help but I will do some research and figure it out for you!

I know that Iam to drink 8 glasses of water.. Can tea and coffee count there? Also where do I find the amount that excersises count. I do alot of stair climbing and walking both at home and work.
