I've used moleskin before without too much problem for blisters. Make sure to cut just enough to cover the area. I can see if it's the thicker kind, it might feel odd or be too bulky for the arch area, though.

One of the best and cheapest things I found is the plain white athletic tape. Press it on good and it will last 2 or 3 days. Even in the shower. Best of luck, Konrad

Does anyone have experience with these products?

I want to protect my arch that was irritated by my orthotic where the covering had worn off. They’ve been recovered but until they are thoroughly broken in, I want some extra protection.

Short runs seem OK, but I don’t want a setback. 2 weeks until my HM.
