Yes I do remember! "Remember, the feeling you get from a good run is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running." It's so hard to watch from the sidelines as I walk and others RUN around me..

In another life before I became a fatty.. I was a distance runner, ran hurtles and the 1500 & cross-country in high school and so I very well understand "Remember, the feeling you get from a good run is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running." ... I so dream of !
You’ve got to stick with it. Change doesn’t happen overnight—not meaningful, lasting change. Practice regularly, whether it’s leg raises or gratitude exercises or positive affirmations. Make it part of your daily routine if possible.
You need patience (goes hand in hand with the persistence mentioned above). It’s seldom a straight shot to your goal. You’ll have setbacks and hit plateaus. But you’ll also have breakthroughs and make great leaps forward. If you feel stuck, don’t lose hope.
If you are a runner, it doesn't matter how far or how fast. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run." J Bingham
