So far I have done well, thanks for the encouragement. My BLC Fall team has a challenge to get 100 miles by the end of the season (10-12 weeks) and that was a big help too.

I was inspired by Grandma 12542, who has just committed to a 30-day / 1 mile per day running streak for herself.

I have tweaked this for myself, and am committing to 5-day / 2 mile per day "increments" which I hope to renew every 5 days, but will adjust for myself as needed. This I think will work for me as I want to set attainable, reasonable goals that work with my crazy schedule.

If you'd like to join, with your own "Running Streak" goal, please feel free to step (or run) forward!
