I was inspired by Grandma 12542, who has just committed to a 30-day / 1 mile per day running streak for herself.
I have tweaked this for myself, and am committing to 5-day / 2 mile per day "increments" which I hope to renew every 5 days, but will adjust for myself as needed. This I think will work for me as I want to set attainable, reasonable goals that work with my crazy schedule.
