Good Morning. I am a new member to the Master Runners group. I am 56 years old and enjoy running for recreation/fitness. I have run four marathons (Cincinnatti, Richmond, Baltimore and Philadelphia) plus multiple other 1/2 marathons, 10 and 5Ks. Love running the Annapolis 10 miler in August but won't be able to make it this year emoticon My next scheduled race is the Richmond 1/2 marathon in November 2013. I run with my daughter Andrea about once a week and really enjoy spending time with her. Running is what keeps me sane, otherwise I would be in a world of hurt. Thanks for reading. I look forward to seeing your encouraging messages and challenges. David
