below is a cut & paste i read - while these changes are optional (as opposed to the ones last week) - do know that if you select to go with the changes, there's no going back
We wanted to let you know about some changes that are coming tomorrow to calorie and fitness tracking. A few things to keep in mind:
1. These changes are TOTALLY optional to current members. So if you like the way things work now, you don't have to change anything.
2. Change is never easy, so we ask that you keep an open mind when reading the blog below and deciding whether or not this is something that might interest you.
