great reminder! We all should be very careful to read labels when buying any food products and supplements, incl. sports nutrition products, and learn about what the ingredients do to our body. I don't usually consume any sports drinks, gels etc. but was interested if anyone had tried this product. emoticon

I up my carbs ever so slightly before a race, but I find that changing my routine radically always affects me - usually negatively. Then again, I'm sort of "carb sensitive" and get tired easily if I eat carbs. emoticon

Thank you! I don't know too many runners who spend the week carb-loading before a big endurance event, so maybe we're onto something!
