Interestingly, running rather than losing weight has become my major focus over the last few weeks. I'm training for a Half Marathon in mid-April, my first race since I was college sprinter/hurdler a few eons ago. As far as the weight that I've decided to loose, it's almost taking care of itself as I run and diligently track that food! The tracking has provided a great deterrent to those less than ideal food choice -- I'm less likely to choose stuff that I'm not willing to write down.
