I am currently reading Running with Joy and love it. I have a Droid phone and can read books on it with a kindle app. I read books that way when standing in line someplace or sitting and waiting for someone or other times when it's hard to always have a book available, especially if you don't know you're going to end up waiting somewhere. So I'm working through it slowly but really love it. I'll have to check out the other books too.

Here is my favorite: "The Big book of Endurance Training and Racing" by Phil Maffetone, covers not just running but also diet and life style issues like stress management and puts health before racing times.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.

Hey All: Just finished and excellent book for Masters Runners called Mastering the Marathon by Don Fink. Below is the Amazon link for it. Also just read Ryan Halls book and loved it it is called Running with Joy. Maybe we should all share our favorite running books!
