Didn't quite hit my goal for last week. But here is the goal for this week:

Traveling on Friday and will be out of town but hoping to get in 30 good miles.

I'm marathon training again so this should be a high-mileage week for me, 45 miles, but I am going to say 40 to allow for some lower mileage weekdays.

That's great muledoggie! Your persistence and perseverance is paying off. What a great feeling it must be to have run 19 miles after not having been able to run for even five minutes!
I ran 41.4 this week. Been running for about 34 years.

I logged over 19. A personal all-time high. I am amazed! No pain whatsoever! Not bad for a 52 year old!

One year ago I could not run for 5 minutes!

Then I joined SP!
