Hahaha! Yes. I work a lot, actually. Before my injury, I walked 45 minutes every day before work. The distance covered was unimportant. On Saturdays, I go for distance, going as long as it takes to reach the distance for that week.

I use Coolrunning.com to find races in my area. They do have a drop down menu of all states but I've never checked Texas. I have used it for other states I've gone to on vacation and have been pleased with the coverage. I also like when races post results. Ace.
