You and I are on the same cycle and in the same place weight wise with a similar end goal. I feel exactly how you feel. It's frustrating and depressing. I know if I make the right food choices, I can beat the bloat, I've done it so many times before, but it's getting harder and harder the older I'm getting. It makes me so angry that I can't go out and enjoy dinner - like I did last night, without paying for it all week. UGH!!!!!

I feel like I just got off my period and I already have PMS symptoms again. Started on the 1st of the month. It was over about 5 days later and here it is the 17th and I already have the sore breasts and bloated feelings. I feel like I never get a break. Does anyone else have this problem? It is depressing when you finally have the scale tell you that you are losing only to have it say you gained again two days later.
