Just thought I'd drop a little note to everyone. Maybe it will inspire someone to get active with their horse today. I had a good week, riding my horse 3 days. Monday = Bareback for 30 minutes. Tuesday I rode with my daughter outside of the horses' paddock onto the paved roads for the first time this year = about 1 hour. Wednesday, we rode down to the River and back = about 2 hours.
Anyone else have some horse time to share?

Hi All. So what type of riding do you do? Do you have any routines that you use to help you get fitter to ride more successfully? I am new to SparkPeople. Hi I'm new to SP and this Team, I may need a little help just getting around the site :) Well as a family we have 9 horses. Ya thats a lot. I know it is good exercise but with my job change I work behind a desk 40 hours a week and commute 10 hours a week, just trying to get motivated to do more exercise, when i really just want to sleep. Riding horses and cleaning stalls is just not enough anymore.
I need to loose 50 pounds :(
So when Idon't want to walk that extra mile around in circles, will someone kick me to keep me going?
