Am I the only one on here that tried to post a message and have everything fly away. It is darn frustrating.
Patty, I feel so sorry for you surrounded by snow. The inside of your house is just that much colder. Your woods do look pretty though. I don't think you will be thawed out before summer. I showed my cleaning lady, who has only seen snow in our mountains and that is nothing compared to what you have and she said she could not live there. Me neither.
Glenna, did your Irish celebration have dancers? I know some areas that must have a lot of Irish decendants teach the children Irish dancing. We are such a multi-culture area here just about every week in the large park where there are many museums, there is some celebration on the week ends. I saw in the paper this morning there was a Japanese one. The other day they showed the Japanese gardens with the flowers blooming.
Nina, I'm so happy someone found health insurance for you. I have wondered if maybe your doctor, pharmacy or either doing it yourself, couldn't write to the manufacture of the expensive meds your DH takes and request a compassionate supply. I know they do do that for cases that need meds that are expensive. Worth a try.
We had a beautiful weekend of summer weather Yesterday it got up to 80. DH even got some fans out. I did get insurance approved and got drained at the hospital on Friday. They told me to come in and they would work me in. We didn't have to wait very long at all and the proceedure doesn't take long. Out patient. Sat. I was back to Milk of Magnesia. And I thought I had figured out that problem.
I shall try one more time to post this. Maybe I should copy it first.
Jan, You get more rainy weather than most of us but we on the west coast don't have to deal with what Patty has.
My goodness Patty, you do have a lot of snow left. Ours is just about all gone now. Just a lingering spot here and there. It is dreary today with an occasional flake. It is cool out though. I am so anxious for spring. Me and everyone else I guess.
Dh's gospel group is singing at a kick off for the Irish festival in Ireland, WV today. So I am getting ready to go to that. They have several groups sing in the church following their covered-dish dinner at noon. The singing begins at 2:30.
