Oh, Judy, I have my fingers and toes crossed for you. To heck with the plants, just think no more stairs (I would hope), lot of activity and people and closer to your grands.

Ann, The trip to Sears and the traffic sounds like something you wouldn't just volunteer for. Yikes! That dessert sounded wonderful. Of course, lots of things are sounding wonderful. I'm REALLY tired of this diet.

Judy, I sure hope the apartment becomes available. Summer is a good time to move. Hooray on the streak record on the wheel spin.

I got a call today from the Housing Authority asking if I am still interested in the apartment and also asking for more documentation. I am excited. Lots to do.

I broke my attendance streak record with today's wheel spin. That excited me too.

See you later,

Love, Judy emoticon emoticon emoticon

We made a quick trip to Sears. Lunch time traffic wasn't fun. Coming home once we got on the freeway the cars started to stop. The one in front of us hit the shoulder and so did the one behind us. Glad we weren't the sandwich filling. Then at a traffic light a big truck was in the left hand lane and another truck beside us had to squeeze through. I thought we were going to get the tail end corner in our side windows smashed. I told DH I'd be glad to get home safely. We went to Sears to see what their TV stand/tables looked like. I found one on line that is Mission Oak and wanted to see what the color looked like. My furniture is walnut and the picture looked like a dark wood. They didn't have it but did find out if we ordered it on line and didn't like it we could return it to the store. All 147 pounds of it.

I think tonight is going to be a good night for soup. Last night I made a Boston Cream Pie with a bunch of left overs. I had 1/2 a cake mix and 1/2 a pkg of instant pudding and a can of chocolate frosting. Normally I would at least make my own custard. I fix dessert so seldom it sure tasted good.

Jan, I hope you get to feeling better. Not any plans for the week end here. DH is going to the Padre's game on Sunday with the kids for an early Fathers Day. I think DH said he was going to fix them breakfast here before the game. I'll just enjoy the afternoon with a book.

Good afternoon,

It's a nice day here but I'm not feeling real great today. Stomach troubles. I did get the floors swept and mopped and our youngest son's room is almost ready. DH & I need to make up the bed.

How are you all doing? I hope you're heading into a nice, summery weekend.
