To market, to market,
to find a thin doc.
Home again, home again
Obviously, I made it safely today. We got him to one doctor who sent him across the valley to another doctor who said there was nothing to worry about. I just got home. Since I didn't sleep last night I am going to make short work of my list tonight.
I want to thank you Ann, that was a great explanation. I actually understood. So we need to get rid of the rest of your "weeds". Well ladies, we have work to do. We need to start a prayer chain to cut out all of Ann's "weeds" Now that I understand what she is talking about perhaps my prayers can be more effective.
I too would like to hear more from our new and our quiet members. I know you are out there and you have things to share. Please stop in and have a cuppa and tell us what is happening in your corner of the world. I'm sure nobody here will bite.
See you all tomorrow,
Good afternoon everyone,
This was TOPS day. I lost 3/4 lb. by their scale but 1 by mine. No matter which way it is I'm glad it's going down.
Picked up a prescription and did some weekend shopping before the tourists come through (probably starting Friday).
It's cloudy and some rain today.
Patty, I'm glad to see your "yeses" on 2 categories. Good for you! The rest will come. Hope all goes well with the crown.
Judy, Sorry to hear about more snow in your area. Hope your travels today are safe.
Ann, That was a good explanation about cancer and markers. I don't remember Mom and Dad adding fertilizer to their garden either - doesn't mean they didn't. I remember my aunt getting some for her plants - she really had a green thumb and some beautiful flowers.
Hope everyone is having a good day and I hope some of our new members come join in the conversation.

Judy, I don't know a lot about the cancer and its markers either but think of it as a weed. If they grow they take over in your body. A tumor can grow. My tumor has been removed but the weeds are still there. The chemo kills the weeds but if that recipe of chemo doesn't work they can multiply again. The markers can go up and down. As my Doctor said the chemo has to catch them in the growing period. My markers started at 36,000 back in March 2012.
We are making progress. I'm glad Gidget didn't run away.
I remember by parents hoeing their garden. I don't ever remember them putting fertlizer on it. The garden was down the road from the house so they had to tote the tools down in the wheel barrel. Once my mother was so mad when a neighbors cows that lived a good distance behind our house, trampled the garden.

It is snowing here and what's worse is the snow is sticking!!! Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggghhhhh!
Is that enough of a scream?
I'm up and on my way this morning. I'll be back when I get back home this afternoon.
It has been pouring rain all night so things outside are quite soggy, but it is better than the snow they have at higher elevations.
Good morning Girls,
It rained all night last night...Lots of rain. The leaves are almost completely out. I love to watch the leaves dance in the breeze. Whenever I am stressed, I go outside sit on the covered porch and watch the leaves dance. So relaxing.
lunch at senior center today. Then my first crown.
Ann, good news on your numbers...
New pic on my blog. A 6 month sweater. Trying to make crochet sweaters from a knitting generator...This one turned out pretty good.
Nothing else to report here.
Have a good day.
oh, how was yesterday?
did you move?
did you drink your water?
did you stick to your food plan?
Let's make today a healthy day.
