Ann, I hope your son and family has a good vacation and I hope they get here sooner than the rain. Yes, hubby's and their bright ideas can be interesting. I hope the St. Joseph statue does the job. I'm wondering if new homeowners all over the country are planting flowers and finding statues.
Louise, I think your 90 degrees is vastly different from what it would be here. You sound comfortable with it. What devotion are you doing? Is it one you are writing? The FODMAP Diet is to avoid common food allergens - some of those things are all dairy, wheat, stone fruit and some things like beans, onions, garlic, artichokes. That wipes out all packaged foods. Golly, we used to eat that way all the time when I was growing up. Also of the veggies and fruit on the allowed list, I can only eat in the amount of the size of a small orange. It's different from gluten-free because the food allergies aren't based on gluten intolerance. However, there are similarities. After 6 weeks I slowly add in food groups one at a time and should be able to detect what the problem is.
