Yes, I am keeping up with the Boston news also. I have been praying for everyone there!
Had kind of a lazy day again today. It seems like I am having at least one lazy day weekly. Well, I should not say it was lazy. I read a few chapters in my Bible and did some other readings. I did some housework. I had trouble seeing this morning and I got a little afraid. So I have an appointment with the eye doctor Monday morning. It got better later so that is why I was able to read. However, just to be safe I want my eyes checked.
Everyone, please have a Great Rest Of The Day!
Don't worry about the catalogues, I will continue to try to remember where the catalogue came from.
Nina, I think Ann may be right. Have your lawyer check with the lender. It is entirely possible that the lender would be willing to work with you.
I didn't go to bed until after three this morning and then woke at six. I don't know what got into me, but it has been a very productive day. Gloria was here and for some reason I started cleaning. I was looking for some plastic wrap that I know I have somewhere. I never found it, but!!! I cleaned off several shelves in the kitchen, rearranged the area to the right of my stove, well some of it, made some bean soup, I can't bake the beans, my toaster oven just isn't up to that. Then after she left, I cleaned out another shelf in the refrigerator freezer. Only one shelf and the drawer left to go.
She takes the trash in to town with her and recycles all she can, we don't have recycling out here. Then she has the rest of it hauled off with her garbage. I am so very grateful for her.
I figure by June or maybe July, I'll have the kitchen all cleaned up. There will be nothing left out for the pests to get into, everything will be reachable, well at least the things I use most often. It will look neat and possibly the cupboards will be painted. How is that for a goal?
I am kinda excited! Gloria has me up and going. I was totally wasted by the time I got things accomplished this morning. I told her I was as tired as if I had been to the gym. She assured me that I had been working very hard. I am just glad she was there to help me out.
I've had a good day.

Nina, I have a couple of comments on the house you are renting. I bet you are paying rent to X and he is not making the mortgage payments but keeping the money himself and that is why the foreclosure. I would see if the lawyer can negociate with the lender that you continue to rent and make your payments directly to the lender. The lender should be more interested in getting money than have to go through foreclosure. I'm sure houses aren't selling any better there than the rest of the country.
Judy, sorry I can't help you with the missing catalog. I use to get a lot but don't any more. What really irritates me is the ones I get for my father who passed away over 30 years ago and the ones I get for my mother who passed in 2011. I get other junk mail for them too and it doesn't seem to do any good to send the stuff back in their self stamped envelope telling them the people are deceased. I'm sure it is just some advertising company sending out the catalogs.
Judy you might try Anna's Linen on line. We have a store here that sends ads for low priced linen. The store is close but I've never been in it.
It is nice and warm again today. Dh cleaned the kitchen floor that needed it bad and now is mowing the grass again. I've had the TV on and keepiing up with the Boston news.
