Nina, Don't worry about chatting with us right now. You have other things to do and those children really need to have you and your son concentrating on them, not on internet lists. Take this time with your grandchildren and savor every moment. When they've gone, you can tell us all about your adventures.
Judy, to get some recipes from the H.E.L.P. book go down to the Recipe Thread. Click on the first topic that is by Heather. Books, Newsletters, Cookbooklets etc etc Then go down to the #5 thread which is Healthy Exchanges Lifetime Plan. That is the cook book. Heather has posted quite a few recipes there including Bubble Pizza.
I don't have all of JoAnna's books, but I will be happy to share information on any of them. I really don't have any idea how many books she wrote. I know Magnolia Whisper, (Heather) does know. I would check with her if I didn't have a list.
I haven't been outdoors for a couple of days, so I don't know what flowers are currently in bloom. I will find out tomorrow when I go to TOPS. You wouldn't believe how full of clothing is my car. I don't have room in the house to store all the things I want to contribute to the garage sale. I will try to drop off the bags of clothing at the TOPS room and then I will come home to bag up some more. I want to get rid of all the clothes I no longer fit. I don't want to grow back into them.
I'll see you later. I have many projects going for today.
Patty ,If you know or have a list of the books Jo wrote in their order why don't you just do the next one publishedI . Did you find any treasurers at the Sal. Army or Goodwill store. I only looked at the Goodwill book shelves but thought it was a nicely laid out shop. Not a lot of books though. Once I was in the Sal. Army store that is further away and I thought their prices were high for used paper backs.
DH has been off all morning for his two Dr. app't and not went for a prescription on his way home. He talked to the eye doctor and he didn't see why I couldn't have cataract surgery. The office called me and I have an app't in two weeks to see him. I would hope he would concur with my oncologist.
Speaking of flowers - the ground cover flowers are in bloom along the sides of the freeways and the off ramps.
I've been reading a magazine this morning and then took a shower. I debated about washing my hair but decided I better not clog up the drain. Is is really coming out . Last night I was watching TV holding a mini bag of ice on my head to keep it from itching. Sure is miserable. If I keep busy I don't think about it so much.
Meat loaf for supper. A new recipe from a Kraft booklet I got in the mail.

It is cold and nasty here today, and raining this afternoon. All this rain is melting the snow, though we live on the south side of the highway, and in the woods, so we still have lots of snow. Really the only dry ground here at our place is in our driveway..so far. snow expected on Thurs. and Fri...
We do not have any flowers coming up yet...soon though. I always enjoy May wild flowers in the woods. so pretty and dainty...
I asked yesterday, but did not see a response to my question...so will ask again. Do any of you want to do another of JoAnna's book this month. If so, let me know which one, and we can start a seperate thread for that...
