Hi everyone

We spent a lot of the day going to yard sales and thrift stores looking for twin beds. We did not find the twin beds. We did find an older frame that has a double bed on the bottom and twin on the top. It was an older one and looked so much stronger than the new ones I saw in a furniture store. We will have to spray paint it. We do not have mattresses for it. We are just praying and hoping we can find some we can afford to buy. The one room we have for the boys is smaller so we needed something that gives them more room.
If worse comes to worse we have a queen bed for the girls. One is 16 and the other is 7.
We may not even come back to AZ the first visit he has. We may just stay at my oldest daughters and visit also with my family. It will save on gas. If we have to do the testing in these 10 days we will bring them back to Az and then Back to CA.
The kids want to come and see the house we are in, but it will depend on the money we have for gas.
I am going with DS as my family is there and our trailer and I need to get some things from it like summer clothes.
Some times I feel I am in a TV show as we have never had problems like this before.

Patty & Ann yes God is good and it is one more thing off the list.

Louise-Hope DD & DH feel bettter soon.

Jan-Have a great time.

Looking forward to Resurrection Sunday (Easter) at Church this Sunday.
You all have a good evening.
Nina

Wow, the day goes by fast when you are out running errands. I had to get lab work and then since I was 1/2 way there went to Penney's and returned the navy slacks I bought as they were a wee bit tight in the waist. The beige pair isn't snug at all. Then today they had the cotton capries in regular sizes so I got two pair and will take the two pair of petite I bought back next week when I have to do lab again.

Home and had breakfast/lunch and read the paper and went to Kohl's with a $10.00 off coupon plus a 20% off. I needed a new pair of slippers for the house and a pair for the motor home. Not quite $30.00 that I had to spend so I bought an anniversary card for DH for next month. Stopped at the produce store on the way home and it's all Jan's fault that I bought a package of jelly beans. These are spicy and really good.

Nina, that is wonderful news that your DS was able to find another vehicle. One thing to cross off the bucket list.

Funny experience at Penny's. A first for me. At the register the sales lady swipes my card through a little hand held machine not much bigger than a cell phone. She does the whole transaction on this machine and then tells me to sign it with my finger. Well, I'm looking for a pen, she said no use your finger. I use my finger nail and nothing. She said again just use the fleshy part of your finger. Boy that was something and hardly enough room to write my first name. I wonder what someone does with a real long name. No one would beable to read it either. At first I thought she wanted my finger print.

Then I get out to my car and someone in a big van has parked so close to me I can only open the car door about 8 inches. Not nearly enough to get in. I got in on the passenger side and climbed over the center island. Not easy but I made it. When I told DH he said did you leave a note on their car. I told him I wanted to but didn't want to get out of the car again. It would not have been a very nice note either. Don't mess with seniors.

Hi Patty and all who will follow! Patty, I get low also if I do not eat breakfast. Actually, I have to have small meals throughout the day for my blood sugars to stay at a normal range.

We were going to go to Good Friday service at our church at 12 noon but DH and DD are not feeling well. So we will be doing a devotion here at home later on.

Not much is happening today.

Everyone, Please have a Very Blessed and Wonderful Good Friday!

GOD BLESS!
Louise

How can it be the 29th of March already. mercy, times sure flies when we are having fun...lol

Nina, praise God on that vehicle trade...He is so good...

lunch at senior center today
I need to walk too, and I started out, then felt my blood sugar drop. I had forgotten to eat yet this morning, so thought I would come on here, visit with you girls, and eat...

then I will go out and walk before we get mud again. I am thankful that it freezes up during the night.

Ann, you can always place another bid on your game..good luck. it is fun checking each day or time on the computer, to see if anyone has outbid you. Ebay will send you a notice also, if anyone else outbids you...

have a blessed day girls.
Patty
