o Thank goodness for clocks that automatically change from standard to daylight time. I hate all this switching about. The cows don't change their schedule, why should I?
My JoAnna Lund Diabetic cookbook came yesterday. I was anxiously awaiting its arrival. I am really pleased with it. I also got another book called, "Ratio". That book tells what are the ratios in cooking. For instance, Bread dough is five parts flour to three parts water plus yeast and salt. That sounds like a really good french bread recipe. Between JoAnna's books and the Ratio book I should improve my cooking greatly.
Right now I am hungry for corn pancakes with blueberry syrup. I don't usually use syrup on my pancakes, but that sounds really appetizing to me. I am going to try making the pancakes with a Jiffy Corn Muffin mix. We will see how that works out. I'll talk with you all later.
