I will be taking a new pic of the peanut butter pie in a few minutes, and a pic of the spaghetti from the Across America book. It may not be exact recipe, as I no longer look up that recipe, I do it from memory, and have seasoned it up to my families liking...and add a lot of tomato sauce etc etc....hmmm still will take a pic. lol
O K where is everyone. We haven't heard from Jan in quite a while.
Patty, I hope you got your DD dress altered. That is not a job I like to do either. I must say Mi. sure has some good services for elders that are house bound. DIL has arranged the after hospital care for her dad and then another service will take over after that with some one to come in twice a week to help with a bath and another twice a week to clean, grocery shop etc. I just hope her dad doesn't fess at the people and they quit on him. If that happens I think he will find himself in a nursing home.
DH just came to tell me that DS will stop by to night and see if he wants to take our mattress (at a later day) DH said they can put it in our family room until he can take it home. That means DH and I will be putting together the new Select Comfort mattress tonight. We've done this before so not a problem, just time consuming. It took us about an hour to get the one in the motor home reassembled after i got a new top after the water leaked one got ruined.
Nina, there was a cheesecake recipe in our paper today by cook book author Jeanne Jones who has written many cook books on Cook It Light. I don't know how old she is but she's up there in age. Lives here in San Diego. The recipes I've tried of hers have all been very good. I will put it in our dessert section.
