I feel like I was run over with a truck.
too much sugar, sweating during the night...bah
this will go away as the sugar gets worked out of my system...

yes, 3 minutes on exercise bike, twice
3 minutes wears me out, much harder than walking 1 mile. moving my arms at the same time, with tension on the pedals...oh my.
a walking friend, (I don't walk with her, as she lives in st. Louis, ) says to walk 3 min. each day.
then next week, add 30 seconds each day, so 3 min. 30 sec. then the next week, 4 min...she says once I can get up to 10 min. on this thing, I will be doing so well, much better than walkking. we shall see
have a good day today.
