The high winds are coming in again. So far one gust of 44 and maybe up to 85. I hope not. Thankfully we can sleep in if the wind keeps us awake. DH went out to secure things.
Patty, It's good those things were ruled out for your DH and they were able to prescribe something for it.
Louise, Sorry your leg is giving you troubles. It will be fun for you to read stories to the children.
Ann, I wonder why your DS decided it's time to eat Christmas dinner at home? Oh, joy. Sounds like you have a good plan. It goes the same way here. Well, DH and youngest son can really eat anything, I will enjoy myself but be cautious, other DS is gluten free.
It is a big relief to be free of that responsibility.

Jan, about unexplained things - - - Seems like we had some lights in the sky one time that there was no explanation for. They thought maybe that Edwards Air Force base about 100 miles north and inland where the space shuttle can land might have set off something but they said they didn't. I bet you're relieved to be out of the Tops Presidency. I bet the complainers have never volunteered to take an office.
Patty, glad you got your DH in for a check up. I wonder if he is taking the same nauseau medicine I'm take after chemo.
Louise, I hope your leg swelling goes down.
Boy, just getting one bag of chemo on Friday has sure given me more pep. DH and I got the tree decorated an all the other decorations out. We even went out for soup and salad for supper. We've been eating in on the days after chemo as I feel wobbly. I don't this time. I have to go in, in the morning for a shot to bring the white count up.
My DS has decided after about 50 or more years of eating out on Christmas Eve we should eat in. In meaning mom fixing supper. I have my menu planned for Ch. night and I'm going to stick with it because GS will be at his mothers from Ch. noon on and he won't eat anything I've planned for supper that night. I'm hoping when DD sees her Dr tomorrow, they will add some more food items that she can eat and it will make it easier for me to plan a meal. I'm even thinking spaghetti as GS will eat that but DD may not beable to. What a time to go on a limited diet for allergies. Bah Humburg.

Patty, I am glad all your husband's tests came out fine.
I am still fighting a swollen leg. They cannot really do anything except have me elevate it and wrap it in warm towels. I have been doing that except for taking a break to come on the computer. I will go back upstairs shortly and stay there most of the afternoon and in the early evening. I am suppose to go to DD's class tomore with DH to read a Christmas story and do a project with the children. I can because it will be only for a little while then back home and elevate the leg.
