We had two trick or treaters. DH went to the door and said they were very young pre schoolers. Must be from the street behind us. I'm glad I bought Tootsie Pops as I can leave them along. Sure can't use the left overs in cooking though.
It's a nice sunny day on the cool side. Typical fall weather here. Yesterday I spent quite a big of time in the kitchen so today I took some left overs out of the freezer. Yesterdays left overs will be supper tomorrow night. Tomorrow is chemo day.
I"m betting our kids here will be heading for the desert for a long Thanksgiving week end. I can't blame them as DS doesn't get much time off from his shop. That leaves mom and dad home and I sure don't want to cook a turkey. Seems like last year I fixed us cranberry chicken.

It's a quiet morning here. No rain today. We had no trick-or-treaters last night which is a first - usually get a few.
This morning we turn over the calendar page. I love looking forward to Thanksgiving. This morning I'm thankful that I got back on track yesterday. No exercise, plenty of water.

Oh my, Already November...where did this year go?
How was yesterday?
did you move? no, only walking in stores, not enough steps at all
did you drink your water? yes
did you stick to your lifestyle eating plan? yes
If you had 3 our of 3, good for you. You are doing great. If not, then how can you make today a healthy day of 3?
