Judy, you're doing good with the weight loss. Slow and steady is the way to go.

I made a Potato AuGratin for supper using up some O'Brien potatoes and Velvetta cheese I had. The recipe called for shredded but didn't have those. I'm not a big fan of Velvetta cheese but it worked out well in this recipe. Jan. 04 newsletter.

Good morning everyone,

Ann your total loss is very encouraging for me. I went to TOPS today and weighed in five and a half pounds down This is the first week of my new streak. The last streak was fourteen weeks so now I have to go at least fifteen weeks with a loss every we! I can do that!

I don't know exactly how much I've lost because I can't remember where I started. I think I started this time lower than my previous start. I'll have to ask later.

This week is Fall Rally so I'll be going into town for that. While I'm there I will pick up some elmers glue for a sculpting project I want to teach Megan how to use a special clay for that. I am so looking forward to the weekend.

Gotta go make breakfast now. Well it'll be brunch because its noon now. See you all later.

Good Morning. I've been doing odds and ends this morning. Now I need to try and write up the minutes of the meeting our caravan chapter had at the rally. We don't have a secretary so I had to pitch hit.

DH bid on a used printer that is like the one we have. He got it for $11.00 but we think the ink in it is dried up and it doesn't work. Oh well, the money went to a worthy cause. He did take it to Staples and they said it is too old to probably get parts for it.

Thank you Patty, for the compliment on the weight loss. I have lost 60.5 lbs. I think the diabetic pills the Dr. prescribed for me is helping to get rid of some of the fluid. I still have a pretty good size tummy. I am below my goal so just hope I can keep the weight were it is. I'm glad I kept all those smaller sizer clothes but if I lose much more they will be too big. It has been an 18 month journey. So don't give up ladies.

We could have left over meat loaf for supper or something else. I did freeze enough for two more meals. This recipe was 1/2 gr. turkey and 1/2 gr beef. 3/4 lb of each. Next time if I used this recipe again I'd leave out the garlic. Boy, does the refrig. smell from the saran wrapped packages in there.

Don't you just love to be called girls? As most of us are getting up there. Now, if you are not getting toward retirement, forgive me. I do not know your ages, just know mine...lol
