Ann, I just use quinoa the same way others would rice. I've tried a few "recipes" specifically for quinoa and have found all but one bland and just not my taste. When I started just using it in recipes that call for rice, and doing every thing else the same, I liked those results a lot better.
I think the same thing about cooking light, a lot of steps, a lot of ingredients, and a lot of hard to find stuff. Oh there's a recipe here or there I would like to try, but usually never get around to it. And yeah WW is a LOT of ads, and then it seems once you have had a one year sub with them, they just start writing the same things over and over, so it's just the same old same old articles, rarely anything "new". I think Jo spoiled us with her newsletter, always something "new", and not too hard or too many ingredients!
