Judy, seems like all the chicken you've been eating has worked at the scale. Good job.

I played bridge most of today. Didn't come away with any money and for a while I thought I was going to get my dollar back for the lowest score. The host served a nice chicken salad and a broccoli salad and a sinfull dessert. I'm going to warm up left over chicken casserole for DH supper and I'll have cottage cheese and pineapple. I'm really not hungrey. I'm not use to eating a big supper.

After the bridge game I stopped at the produce store for some more cherries at 69 cents a pound and some peaches. Can't remember how much they were. I think 49 cents a pound. How I wanted to go by their bulk bins where they sell all kinds of stuff. I especially like their spice gum drop candy. I didn't but I sure wanted to. At the bridge table I had nuts sitting on one side of me and a mixture of chocolate candy on the other. I didn't touch one piece. I know I need a halo.

Today is my TOPS day. I weighed in four pounds less than last week. emoticon I also dropped into the next hundred. emoticon No one eats before weigh-in so I came home and fixed a sort of omelet for brunch. I put in orange bell pepper, about a quarter, I chicken sausage, they are big, fresh green beans, they were part of my prize for being the best loser for the day, and sliced baby beets, no cheese. It was especially good and I am full.

I am going into town today with my roommate. I hope we can pick up something for dinner tonight. I have been eating way too much chicken lately. I'll talk with you all later.

Hi Everyone

I baked H.E. Chocolate Zucchini Bread yesterday. It turned out very good. I will make it again. The recipe is under recipes---bread/muffins. It is towards the bottom.

moving--not enough. i have to work on the moving big time.

What are you up to today? Doing any cooking? I'm making tuna salad and broiling a pork chop for dinner. That will be the extent of my cooking today.

I'm off to make out my market list.
