Today is my TOPS day. I weighed in four pounds less than last week.
I also dropped into the next hundred.
No one eats before weigh-in so I came home and fixed a sort of omelet for brunch. I put in orange bell pepper, about a quarter, I chicken sausage, they are big, fresh green beans, they were part of my prize for being the best loser for the day, and sliced baby beets, no cheese. It was especially good and I am full.
I am going into town today with my roommate. I hope we can pick up something for dinner tonight. I have been eating way too much chicken lately. I'll talk with you all later.
