What a morning. I was suppose to have chemo at 10 a.m. but got a call last night about 5:30 that my insurance hadn't sent the dr. office the approval. The approval is generally for a 4 month period and had run out. I'm not sure who goofed the dr. office or the insurance but the insurance office finally found the papers. From 8 - 9:25 this morning I've have about 5 phone calls and still no paper work in their office. Of course I was ready to roll but now will have to be rescheduled for Friday.
Glenna, I have no idea how many more chemo treatments. My dr. is trying to shrink the tumor. She just says surgery would be too hard on me now. Good thing you had a generator so you didn't lose food in the freezer and refrigerator when your power went out.
Sarah, I'm not reading a book right now but have one in my bag when I get chemo. The Firm another John Grisham.
Judy, my DS and DIL dry fruit when they have extra. I don't know if they have tried vegetables or not. Our next door neighbors BBQ a lot and some times it doesn't smell that good. lol
Now I have to figure out what I'm going to do today since I even had an easy supper planned. It is suppose to warm up but more so inland. Maybe we should go to Costco. I have a few things on my list. .
