Good evening girls,
Wish I could blow some of our cool air your way, Patty.
Ann, Your rash sounds miserable. Don't shingles hurt vs. itch? Sounds more like a reaction to something. I hope you have some relief.
I'm sort of "on vacation". No TOPS this coming week because it falls on the 4th of July and we are going on a short trip the following week.
We're getting quite a few rain days so not much going on in the garden. Some of my spinach has bolted.
I got some wonderful blueberries and raspberries at a roadside stand yesterday. The current Weight Watchers magazine has a recipe for Lemon Raspberry Poundcake that I want to try. Also Marlene Koch's blog (Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat) has a recipe for healthy cheesecake with blueberry & strawberry topping but I want to make it with raspberries since I have them. Should be a yummy 4th of July.
I heard Glenna has lost power so won't be online until that comes back. They do have a generator for necessary things and didn't have any damage.

Good Morning Patty and all to follow. That was really nice that your DH noticed you had lost weight. I know there are times you have to lose a lot and all of a sudden people do begin to notice.
I slept well last night but my tummy gets so itchy and not always in the same place. When I woke up about 6 it was light enough I could see when I went to the bathroom and my stomach is all red blotches from my belly button to under my boobs. I put some prescription cream on it and went back to bed. A while later some of the redness has gone but still in a few areas and of course under the boobs where it is hot. DH said shingles, big help he is but I've had the shingles shot and appears to be more like hives.
I'm going to take it easy today and just read.

Good morning Team,
I need to get outside right quick and get my walk in before it gets too hot.
Think I will walk 1 mile this morning and 1 mile tonight...that is a good plan
Started working on baby sweaters yesterday. Have 1 1/2 of them done. I didn't really like how the first one came out, it looked too narrow, so have added more stitches on the row after the yoke. We will see how this one looks. Should be a bit better. I want the skirt portion of the sweater to billow a bit, not be a rectangle. Know what I mean?
I have to tell you what hubby said to me the other night.
We were just talking, and I said to him, I am going to lose this weight. He says, you already did. I say, I am only half way there. But wasn't that nice of him to notice that I have lost weight.
How was your yesterday?
Did you move?
Did you drink your water?
Did you stick to your diet?
Let's try to make today a 3 yes day.
