My Scalloped Tuna and Potatoes or vice versa was not that good. No flavor. DH even added Tabasco to his. It was pale looking to begin with so I sprinkled a little paprika on it. I told DH to toss the rest of it. I hate wasting food - - - but.

I didn't sleep much last night and had a TOPS meeting this morning. I gave the program on At The End of the Rainbow - color in my salad. I brought a basket of fruit & veggies in red, purple, yellow, green and white. It will be early to bed tonight.
Today I read an article on pasta in the Nutrition category. I learned a lot. I have been trying to find more interesting pasta, but I never knew there were so many different grains used in pasta. I am quite familiar with all the wheat flour based pastas, but I didn't know about several of the others. Now I need to go looking for those new and interesting pastas and learn how to prepare them. Great new adventure.
I also read an article about evening eating. We rarely have dinner before eight in the evening, I've never thought about it being troublesome. We get up late in the morning and go to bed early in the morning. I do like the evening meal to be high in protein because of the length of time between meals. I take medication that precludes eating right away when I get up. So I need not to be hungry right away. This article showed me that my meal and snack schedule is basically on target. I need to continue to keep balance my primary focus. I
I've had lab work this morning and home again. I went in at 10 a.m. and no long line. Mostly people waiting that have to have yucky drink before their tests. It is a beautiful day and will probably get warmer this afternoon. Yesterday it just about got up to 80 in the afternoon.
I was looking for a dish for supper and found a tuna and frozen potato dish of Jo's. I think it is from Fast Cheap and Easy. It calls for frozen shredded potatoes but I have the ones with the little chunks. They should work.
