For supper I made Hungarian Noodles and Peas with Ham from Fast, Cheap, and Easy.

It was very good.

I'm on my target for healthy living. Still need to work on the water. I think I'd be up all night if I drank any more.

No plans for today. One of us will have to go to the pharmacy to pick up a refill prescription for anti nausea pills. I haven't decided on what's for supper. Maybe salmon.

Good morning everyone,

Peaceful home, In which state do you live? I know you've told me before, but I have forgotten. Your reference to the Alaska Cruise ship leads me to believe you are in one of the three Pacific Coast states. I am in Washington and since I know that our SRD isn't this coming weekend I think that you are either in Oregon or California.

Today is my TOPS day, I am not yet sure if I am going. I have a driver's license now so driving isn't a problem, but I just don't know if I want to go. I am not afraid of weigh-in and I like all the people there but...



How was your yesterday? Frustrating

Did you drink your water?

Not very much

Did you eat according to your diet?
No, but I am not dieting. I am eating moderately and sensibly. My roommates caregiver brought me some supper. Neither my caregiver nor hers are concerned with eating healthy so it is a serious problem to get healthy meals. Especially since I have many ingredients in the house that must be used very carefully and with sensible in mind.

If you missed some or one of these yesterday, how can you plan today, to be sure to get them all accomplished?

If I go to TOPS I will eat lunch at the hospital cafeteria, I know I can manage healthy eating there. That will take care of lunch. For dinner I don't know. If I get a choice I will probably have a salad and perhaps some salmon. Last evenings mashed potatoes with peas was especially good.

Good morning Patty & all to follow,

Yippee! Today is the day my friend, Cathy and her husband, arrives on the Alaskan cruise ship. We have known each other from the old HE days (over 15 years) and this will be the second time we get to meet in person. The weather is cooperating today - not like the downpour the last time they were here.

Yesterday was a zoo! All kinds of last minute challenges with SRD this weekend. One of the ladies is on jury duty but thought she could be excused for her SRD reservations. No, she was preliminary selected to be on a 2 week trial and no excuses. So lots of time on the phone cancelling a room (I was within a couple hours deadline to get refunded), finding someone else to drive the second car and on and on. I think I spent hours on the phone. After all that, the jury duty lady was dismissed after all! So call people again that she was driving her car, etc.

I did drink my 8 glasses of water yesterday.

Did stick to my food plan.

Did not get exercise.

Today is busy but this evening I will be sure to do a walk dvd.
