Did you eat according to the diet you are on? oh my yes, I am eating better than I ever have, and losing weight to boot...what could be better...
If you had a bad day yesterday, how can you make today better. Plan ahead to make time for moving, water drinking and eating right...
if you are going out for lunch or supper, ask to be taken to some place that you can eat properly.
Ask to park the car as far away as possible, so that you get some steps in while getting someplace.
Ask the waiters to cook your food as you want, and don't be embarrased about it.
Don't forget the water at the table, lots of water. Just because it is a holiday, does not mean that you can eat whatever you want...
