Hi Everyone, I stayed in my calorie range yesterday and followed my plan. I came up short on water and exercise. So hopefully, better report tomorrow. It is sunny here, but the air is cool. We have a frost warning for tonight and tomorrow night.

Good Morning All. Nice to see you back Jan. You have been missed.

I followed my plan yesterday except didn't get glass 7 and 8 of water down.

No plans for today. Maybe I should get the house dusted since I will be gone all day tomorrow. There is always dust. The sun was out earlier but the coastal clouds have made there way up here. Probably will burn off again in a while. 61 degrees on the computer temp.

Jan I hope your friend gets some therapy so she can return home and manage walking. Always a danger as we get older.

Patty, sounds like you have a busy day planned out. I think we will have grilled fish for supper on the George Forman.

Has anyone ever made a cauliflower casserole with steamed cauliflower, cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese. #1DS says DIL make one that is very good. I don't care for Velveeta so would use 2% red fat cheddar I do have a big head of cauliflower, maybe I'll give it a try.

Good morning,

It's cold here this morning - we had frost advisory but I didn't see any when I got up at 5:30.

Yesterday was my busy day - TOPS. Regular meeting and then an officers meeting. I have a lot of follow up to do because State Recognition Days (annual state convention) is a week from tomorrow. We have 7 members going.

One of my TOPS friends fell and injured her knee area where she had a knee replacement. She is in the convalescent center for at least a week and still unsure about how she can get back on her feet after that.

Yesterday I followed my food plan and journaled it but no exercise. The good news is the computer room is cleaned up and I can do my Leslie Sansone in there today. Lots of errands to run today but I commit to exercise.

Good morning Girls,
I didn't get any of my cleaning jobs done yesterday, so need to work on them today and tomorrow.
Going to pick up 86 year old cousin and go visit Mom.
Lunch at senior center today.

Now sure if I told you yesterday, new pics on my blog, 2 new sweaters.

Yes, I ate Atkins low carb
