Good Morning Patty and all to follow. It is a nice 65 today, even the sun is out.
I ran some errands this morning. First stop Sally's Beauty supply and got a stretchy turbin. I will wear this to bed at night. A bald head gets cold. I had put an extra pillow case on my pillow and threw 1/2 of it over my head. worked pretty good, since I don't thrash around in my sleep. Then I picked up my serger and a stop at Beverly Fabric's. I wanted to see what hat patterns they had. They only had a Mc Calls pattern book and I had to walk the whole store to find that. I did see a pattern for several types of soft hats. The pattern was $14.95. Forget that. I got a couple of free patterns off the web I will try. You can tell it has been a long time since I've bought a pattern.
Then to the produce store for some vegetables for supper. While there I looked at a product that was recommended in my cancer packet. $35.00 for a bottle of that. I will ask the doctor next week if it is really necessary.
Good morning, Rainy type day here. Supposed to be in the 70's and humid.
I walked all over town yesterday, so I counted that as my walk. I need to get one in today.
DD did not get the custody changed at this time. The mediator said that he is innocent until proven guilty, and that even DD did not believe that the kids were in danger, so he left the custody agreement as it is for now. If he is convicted, they will go to her...
I did start another sweater. Surprise baby again of course...I was looking through my buttons that I had previously picked out for these sweaters, and found the sagey olivy buttons. Just had to start that sweater last night... It is so fun. So now I have 2 going at once. They are so easy to leave for a bit, and pick up again. All crocheted in one piece, then just sew the shoulder seams...easy peasy
Going to see Mom today. Need to walk.
My internet walking buddy has the blog at crochet at craft gossip.com something like that anyway. It is listed on my blog. She asked me this morning if she could post some of the pics of these sweaters on her blog...I, humbly, of course said YES. I felt honored...to be honored for doing something that gives me such joy, now isn't that just the best? we shall see if she does it though.
