I haven't tried this particular one, I would have to look at the recipe to see what could be the culprit.
However, I have had the not setting up happen to me several times.
Companies change their ingredients and recipes, and then it changes our recipes end results. I have had this happen several times. The Million Dollar Pie from a March Newsletter, I made it many times, and it always came out just right. Then a friend told me her's didn't set up. I was like hmm you must of done something wrong, mine always sits up. Well, I made it a few more times, and it sat up. Then a few months later it didn't sit up and I've never gotten it to sit up again. I plan on trying some other strategies to make it set up. But, all I can think is maybe the Cream Cheese Company decided to change their recipe or something, and I didn't get the "new" version till much later then my friend, since we lived states away. I don't know!
