I will do most of them, but not the walking.
My back has been sore all week, a bit more sore each day.
Then today, I slipped in the icy driveway, and now it is really sore.
So I won't be walking for a few days.
Just for today, are you willing to commit to:
drinking 8 glasses of water--
moving for 25 minutes --
watching our portions --
eating at least 5 fruits and veggies --
eating at least 1 whole grain --
taking a multi vitamin--
getting 1 to 2 servings of dairy a day--
have a serving of healthy oil--
