Jan getting in my dairy is a challenge too. Because of digestive issues I try to get in one serving of yogurt a day but other than that I struggle!!!

My next biggest struggle is portion control.

My easiest challenge is the water. emoticon

Yes, I'll commit. I missed my exercise yesterday emoticon
For some reason meeting my dairy requirements on the nutrition tracker is difficult. I always have 2 - 3 servings.
