Oh my, no walking today. I think all this snow has taken the walking bug out of me....lol

I will get the rest of the things in. It's easy to get calcium if you make JoAnna's pies, lots of calcium there.

The rest of them, yes, I think..

1. 8 glasses of water

2. 25 minutes of moving

3. 5 fruits and veggies

4. portion control

5. at least 1 whole grain

6. multi-vitamin

7. at least 1 calcium rich food
