I need a whole grain yet. I am working on the water and will have it done by evening. I have had my 5 fruits and veggies. And I am watching portions. I have exercised, too. So far, so good.

I drank my water and walked for an hour, had whole grain and multi vitamin but I didn't do so well with portions today. Tomorrow I'll do better.
