I was on my feet a lot but didn't get 25 minutes in. It's high on my priority list to get this working. Did fruit & veggies, whole grain, etc. but then went over portions on Harvest Bread I made. It tastes so good!

yes, I am committing to all, but maybe only 1 mile walking. Already walked 1/2 mile is sleety rain, downright miserable, so will do the rest inside. Patty
