I walked One-Mile 30 Minutes With Leslie Sansone's Walk Down Your Blood Sugar At Home DVD early this morning. I am getting ready to dance in just a little while for maybe another 30 minutes.
I have had six 8oz. servining of water all ready.
I have eaten about three servings of veggies all ready and will eat fruit and veggies tonight for dinner.
I will try to get in 1 whole grain.
I am watching my Weight Watchers Plus 2012 Portions.
I do not take a multi vitamin so I cannot commit to that challenge.
