I had 10 glasses of water today. I danced for 60 minutes. I had over 5 veggies and fruits--more veggies.
Can't guarantee on any of them at this point. My tummy is bad. We shall see
Will you commit to drinking 8 glasses of water, moving for 25 minutes, watching portion sizes ans eating at least 5 veggies and fruits (emphasizing veggies) today?
